Manual harvesting in small capacity boxes. Pelicular maceration at 5ºC until the beginning of alcoholic fermentation. Fermentation at controlled temperature between 19-24ºC. Smooth daily reruns. Stage in stainless steel vats. Natural stabilization.
COLOUR Bright red with good intensity.
AROMA Intense and vigorous, with notes of red fruits and wild ripe blackberries.
PALATE Soft tannins stand out on the palate, soft and well structured.
The very present fruit is well combined with the natural acidity of the grape variety. Long and persistent ending.
Accompany well the regional gastronomy, like lamprey, rojões, rice of sarrabulho, cabidela and some dishes of cod. It should be appreciated at the temperature you like most.
