VINIFICATION
The grapes of the Touriga Nacional grape variety were manually harvested for 20 kg drilled boxes and transported to the winery in a short period of time. After pressing, the wine decanted for 48 hours. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
TEST RESULTS
COLOUR Bright cherry.
AROMA Young, with great intensity and complexity, where mature berries (strawberries and raspberries) and tree fruits (ripe cherry) stand out.
PALATE Soft, creamy, refreshing acidity and long finish.
SUGGESTIONS
Ideal as an appetizer, or, to accompany dishes of seafood and fish.
Serve cold.
