VINIFICATION
The grapes harvested by hand in 20kg perforated boxes were transported to the winery in a short time.
Very soft pressing of all stalked grapes. Then the wine decanted for a long time. The fermentation took place in controlled temperature stainless steel tanks followed by the stage on fine batonnage until the batch formed.

TEST RESULTS
COLOUR Brilliant, citrus with some straw reflections.
AROMA Attractive, with great intensity and complexity, reminiscent of citrus fruits (lemon and grapefruit), mature tropical fruits (pineapple, melon, mango and litchis) and floral aromas well incorporated (rose petals). Some mineral notes.

PALATE Dry, with a fine and balanced acidity, giving the wine an excellent freshness. Creamy, well structured, good ripe fruit flavor (melon, pear, apricot) and persistent finish. Wine with personality.

SUGGESTIONS
It accompanies well goat cheese, grilled cod, fish dishes and white meats.

Serve cold.
